This program includes a 4 week meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options. You have the option to pick the plans that suit your dietary needs (pescatarian, vegan carnivore) that all stem from a plant based diet that give calorie count if you are tracking macros.
Educational modules are provided along with a grocery list and answers can be provided on your scheduled coaching call. Questions may also be answered in the facebook community group.
Your meal plan provides food options and calorie count. A guide is provided to give insight of which range of calories and macros you should fall within based upon your goals of weight loss, weight gain, maintaining and or exploring with new food options.
This program is for you if you are ready to invest in your health to develop, maintain and sustain healthy habits for a lifestyle change. This program is for you if you need consistency, accountability and discipline with your eating habits. Or maybe you need more variety within your diet or you’re simply ready to change your eating habits. This program is for you if you are wanting to change your diet for preventative health measures, and or suffering from preexisting health issues.
Classes are coed and open to all fitness levels and any person’s age 18+
