The goal is to promote confidence, competence and character to empower you to manage your health through principles of exercise, nutrition, mindset and healthy habits to sustain for a lifestyle. 1:1 Training includes:

  • 30 minute fitness assessment with baseline measurements
  • 1 month customized progressive fitness plan
  • 8 sessions total – training 2x weekly -1 hour full body workout sessions

Personal training is for those are ready to invest in themselves by making a monthly commitment to work out with a trainer 2x weekly to reach their goals. If you have made the choice to give your best and be disciplined and ready for accountability in reaching your goals you would benefit from personal training.

After accessing your goals you will have a customized progressive plan. Depending upon your fit goals personal training could include weight training, strength training, circuit training, HIIT, mobility movement and functional training.

Personal training is available for all age groups and genders. Once you book your free 15 minute consultation call it will be determined if you and the personal trainer are a good fit for each other to move forward as our priority is to make sure your goals are met.

Personal training packages are nonrefundable. Once a monthly package is purchased you can schedule weekly sessions in advance. Sessions can be rescheduled but all sessions must be used within the month of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over into the next month, any unused sessions will be lost.

Personal training includes 8 (1 hour) sessions working with a personal trainer by your side every step of the way. It includes a meal guide that educates you how to fuel your body while reaching your fit goals. It also includes workouts and movements to include on days you are not training with your trainer to keep you on track.
